Our Mission
The mission of the collaborative is to mobilize policy action to curb childhood obesity in Harris County.
About Healthy Living Matters (HLM)

- Harris County Public Health and Environmental Services (HCPHES) provides project oversight for Healthy Living Matters.
- Individuals and organizations dedicated to a healthy community participate in Healthy Living Matters as members of the Steering Committee, Community Planning Team, Resource Panel.
- Experts in child health, community planning, economic development, the environment and overall quality of life serve as advisors.
